The Vessel card tests levels of hydration, vitamin C, magnesium, and more. If you are getting plenty of water soluble vitamins and minerals in your diet, the overflow will show up in your test results. If you are not getting enough of those vitamins and minerals, the levels in your urine will be low.
Nutritional Coaching
Once your nutritional markers have been measured, the app will tell you what foods you can eat to get the nutrients that your diet is missing. Choose your favorite foods and view recipes that use them or order custom supplements made with your own personalized formula.
